This assignment is going to be reflective in nature. Building on the knowledge you have gained throughout the course, we are going to go deeper and explore your interaction with the material.

In order to succeed over the next few years organizations must adapt to tough market conditions by changing their strategies, their structures, their boundaries, their mindsets, their leadership behaviors and of course their expectations of the people who work within them.” (Cameron & Green, 2015, back cover)

With this in mind, we are going to explore the issues associated with personal perspective and leading organizational change. Consider the following questions to guide your reflective writing:
• What skills have you developed through this course in leadership and change?
• How have your assumptions shifted about organizations, change, and learning?
• How do you define success (and failure) in organizational change?
• What complexity do you foresee in your leadership role(s)?
• How well do you handle uncertainty? How will you improve in this area?
o What are the implications for me and others I am working with?
• What are the principles that guide your choices and actions in your current work environment? How has this shifted based on what you have learned in this course?
• How do you view the notion of participation in change and learning?

Write this as a paper using the questions to guide the development of your paragraphs/sections. Do not write this in a question/answer format. I will look for a strong introduction and conclusion. Use your text to create a foundation for the theory.

References. List at least two sources (in addition to the sources provided in the module and your text) where you located additional information to support your views and help build the foundation for some of the reflection.

General guidance: Your paper will vary in length. However, your answers to the questions should be in depth. This should result in a 3-5 page paper, not including the title and reference pages. All citations should be in APA 6th Edition format. Double space your paper, use Times New Roman, 12-point font, with one inch margins.
