Pre-training physical fitness/status of the target client. (The target client can be yourself, a friend of you, etc) 2. The goals of the target client. (The reason why he/she need personal training) 3. Exercise prescription. (Must be relevant to his/her goal) 4. Diet/in-take prescription. (Must be relevant to his/her goal) 5. Evaluation. Is the progression satisfactory? Need modification? 6. Post-training physical fitness/status of the client. (Any change?) 7. Can the goals be achieved? 8. Outcome analysis 9. Training background. (Time, place, etc.)
