Blog Entry: Transformational Leadership
The world today is seeing a great deal of change in how we solve problems across borders. The old focus on national governments and one-state solutions to problems have faded away. However, there is no clear idea of what will replace this kind of governance. International organizations may be based around states. However, they may also be based on corporations, individuals, and even other organizations. With innovation constantly shifting how you think about the world, it would seem that you live at a time that is ripe for change.
For this Blog Entry, think back across the course. Consider the experiences you have read about and studied. Review the material in the texts for the course. Consider what you learned in the process of writing the Final Project.
