Bias in New Media and Its Impacts on Public Political Opinion and Major Decisions Making

I would like to order a 4,000 word dissertation draft, this in no way needs to seem complete, rather I prefer for it to be open to expansion. I simply need it to include all important points that I can then personally further explore and add on to, for my final 8,000 word dissertation submission.
