Grace, a theological concept, can be understood the recognition, but acceptance, of questionable or flawed actions of an associate, but still positively evaluating and working with the associate nonetheless. Please comment on the following: -Can a business afford to extend “grace” or, in practical terms, give the “benefit of the doubt” to associates? (Maximum 500 words) -Have you, as a boss or co-worker, ever extended grace to an associate? What factors went into your decision? Did you make the best decision possible?
