The results section will outline the exact results you obtained in the workshop session.
This section will contain text and figures.
Use the text to explain your figures
The figures will be;
i.SSc vs FSc for stained and unstained to show they are similar
ii.All the gates that allowed you to calculate the sub-populations
iii.Hierarchy or table showing leukocyte subsets and their relative proportions
Do NOT give an opinion in the results section only describes your results.

The discussion section gives you more freedom to give your opinion on the practical session and the results you generated. Again please write this in paragraphs.
Please consider the following:
Could you identify different cell populations
Did you notice whether some stains labelled other cell types apart from the cell type suggested to you.
If you did this experiment again would you change anything to improve it?
Are there other ways to stain these leukocyte populations, for instance T-cells and neutrophils?
Are there elements you would like to discuss-put them in this section

Finish with 2/3 sentences confirming the main conclusions of the data analysis.
