A FOUR page paper written on the Goldman Sachs scandal where an employee used confidential materials to benefit clients.

It must be no larger than 12 point font  maximum of 1 inch margins.  Double spaced.  Cite all materials you are using to write the paper.

Read about the scandal to determine what happened and answer at least the following questions:

1. What was done?

2. What policies if any were violated?  Whose policies were violated?

3. What suggestions can you make to prevent this from happening again?

4. What are the strengths and weaknesses in your suggestions?

5. What do you believe should be proper fines. penalties, suspensions or other punishment that should be made?
