You are required to conduct a case study of a project about the integration of transport and land uses. From this course, you have explored transport networks and urban forms. Your case study will provide in-depth understandings of a contemporary planning practice. Possible projects are
� Transit-oriented development
� Aerotropolis or airport-led urban development
� Transport networks and urban forms � Complete streets
� Compact city development/new urbanism/smart growth
� Sustainable transport �led urban regeneration
You can also choose a project at any stage. Incomplete, planned, or ongoing projects are also fine. You are required to explicitly include:
A. Background;
B. Detail of the project;
C. Critical evaluation; and
D. Implications to future urban development
Your report must include a clear title and the above mentioned four sections.
